Bail Bonding ad in a peculiar place

The other day I was at a meeting in a coffee shop. While I was in the bathroom I saw this advertisement:
A few thoughts come to mind. But mainly, how many coffee shop customers are likely to need bailing out of jail in the near future?

I’ll tell you what I don’t get. Why would you advertise bail bonding? From my understanding of the topic, its something of an impulse purchase… that is, something you can’t really plan on purchasing and whatnot. It’d be like advertising for ambulance services, or a good funeral home.
The image of the cellmate is classic as well.
