Good word man. I would love to get up early every morning and do that. I always end up staying up too late. For me it's a matter of being disciplined enough to get up and go to bed early. My enemy is the waking up (i.e. the first 5 miutes of the morning). After that I'm fine and the days that I actually do get up, read, lift, run etc., I always feel better that day. I'm such a slacker.

Keep it up bro!

haha. i saw this post on bloglines monday and i looked all over your blog for it, because i wanted to comment. now i finally see it, and i can't remember what i wanted to say. part of it was that for the last 6 days (work days) i've been getting up 30 minutes earlier to do a Bible study (For Women Only by Shaunti Feldhahn) and i really do see a difference in just getting out of bed earlier and starting my day with God like that. i guess the point is i totally relate to what you're saying in your post. i love the sense of accomplishment i get from just spending the first 30 minutes of my day with the Lord... i can only imagine how much cooler it would be to do all that you did monday morning (and i hope you have continued your trend...) but i need to start small.

blessings!!
